We currently ship orders across Bangladesh. At this time, international shipping is not available.

2. Shipping Charges

Inside Chittagong City: BDT 60 applies.
Outside Chittagong City: A flat fee of 120 BDT applies.

3. Delivery Time

Inside Chittagong City: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Outside Chittagong City: Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or transportation issues.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you confirm your order.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, the customer may need to bear additional charges for re-delivery.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing an order.

9. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us immediately of any issues.
