1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted:
Within 4 days of delivery for orders inside Chittagong City (Sadar).
Within 7 days of delivery for orders outside Chittagong City (Sadar).
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Sale items and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
1.2 Conditions for Returns
Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
The original invoice or receipt must be provided.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges, unless the return is due to a verified defect or error by Wrongs And Rebels Ltd.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only for approved returns.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (e.g., bKash, bank transfer).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bKash or bank transfer.
2.2 Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.
Transaction fees charged by the payment gateway, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
Sale items, customized products, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested outside the eligible time frame will not be accepted.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos of the product and your order details.
Upon verification, Sutoverse Ltd. will cover the return shipping cost and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.
